I'm sorry to send this to you, but I can't figure out where else to sent it. I can't get through the customer support line - and I can't submit the problem via the website because it keeps telling me I need to enter a "topic" but there is no place to enter a topic. I love your podcast and hope you will send this on to the correct department for me.

I am having trouble downloading patterns from the Lion Brand web site. I have been successful in the past - in fact I just started having problems a couple of weeks ago. I can find the pattern I want in the pattern finder, but get the following error msg when I try to download:

Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://www.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/register.fcgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lionbrand.com%2Fpatterns%2F80862AD.html%3FnoImages%3D0%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1%26r%3D1”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

I'm using a MacBook pro with OS version 10.4.11

Zontee says: Hi Mary, I've forwarded your question to our webmaster. In the future, please note that you can always e-mail our Customer Service department at support@lionbrand.com -- hope this gets resolved! Thanks for your kind words.

We were given a crocheted afghan made by a friend of my parents. It was large enough for a queen sized bed. We're married 38 years and it still is here and I still love it. When my son got engaged I made them an afghan, not quite as big out of homespun. It is still around and soft. It is truly a wonderful gift to give or receive as a newly wed or newly engaged couple.
