    Great podcast today ~ thank you so much. As a self-publishing designer it crucial to get the word out about your designs but in a professional format. I use my blog to promote myself as well as FaceBook, Twitter and Raverlry. I have found that the best form of letting people know about what I do is from word of mouth. I use this same thought to promote designers who have fabulous creations. The more we talk about each others work, the more we become known. Most important, don’t give up and follow your dream!

    I’m new to crocheting and loved your ideas and tips about how to handle the patterns while crocheting/knitting. One thing that has helped me as a newbie is writing the special stitches instructions out on a post it when completing a pattern from a magazine. I was forever flipping back to the first page to refresh my memory about how to complete the stitch. This saved tons of time, and the process of writing it out helped me retain the steps a little better. I love your podcast. Thanks.

    I love the podcast! Do you have any tips to make my knit socks look neater. I find using smaller needles help. When I finish the kitchener stitch. the last loop I pull the yarn through just says there. not very pretty looking. What are your sock tips?

    Besides using my Kindle for PDFs of patterns, I also use the browser and the free wireless internet to access Ravelry and to look use online patterns that I’ve bookmarked. It’s certainly a useful little tool!
